All UK based orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed delivery service. It will normally take 1-2 working days to receive your order. Please note, if your order is lost at post or during delivery process, we will not take responsibility.
We send international orders via Royal Mail tracked delivery service. It will normally take up to 10 days to receive your order.
***We do not reship nor refund International orders in case seized by the customs or lost during transit***
We use slow mail for shipping orders to Australia, Canada and New Zealand. No reship is available for orders to these countries.
Once you place your order, we will email you your order confirmation (it will not include tracking number). Please contact us if you haven’t received your order in 7 days in UK or 14 days for international orders. We will investigate what happened and update you.

Payments
To complete your order, you have the option to make payment through Direct Bank Transfer.
Upon completing your order, you will receive an email containing the purchase details and information about your chosen payment method. If you haven’t received the confirmation email within 25 minutes, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Please refrain from using your order number as a reference. Instead, kindly use your full name as the reference. For instance, use the format “Name Surname.” Also, when making payment, please round up the amount due for the order to the nearest whole pound. For example, if your order total is £32.30, please round it up to £33.
It may take up to 24 hours for your funds to clear in our account. For international transactions, the process can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days. Please note that your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. If you require details for an international transfer, please contact us.
We offer various payment options, including Bank Transfer, MG, WU, PP (terms apply), and Cash Deposit at the bank. All the necessary wire information will be provided in your order confirmation email, which you will receive immediately after placing your order. Please review the instructions carefully in the confirmation email.
To ensure a smooth transaction, please ensure that the name used for the payment matches the name on your order. If you are using an account with a different name, please provide us with a screenshot of the donation or inform us via email. This will prevent any delays in shipping your order.
In the unlikely event that the package is not delivered to your specified address but has been signed for, as indicated on the tracking information, you should contact the courier to raise a dispute. This is because if we try to assist directly, the courier will refer us to the tracker and highlight that the package was signed for. Therefore, you will need to handle the dispute with the courier and request a “denial of service” receipt from them. This receipt serves as acknowledgement from the courier that the fault lies with them, either due to loss or theft of the parcel. Once you obtain this receipt and forward it to us, we will gladly reship your order.
Your Security Is Our Priority: We prioritize your security and privacy. We do not retain any personal information for more than two weeks, except for tracking numbers, which are stored for five weeks. Rest assured that we do not share any personal information with third parties.
