I purchased a couple items through website payed for it to the bank they showed
About a week later I emailed and they claimed I sent to wrong bank even though it was a confirmed order they are now not giving any compensation

First time I ordered was great delivery within few days and good quality products however it's been 6 days now and I've emailed multiple times no reply
And my money has confirmed bank transfer
